Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to drive pipeline and lead generation through paid channels.
This is a hands-on role focused on:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads (Search + Display)
- Meta Ads
Strong preference for candidates with B2B / SaaS lead generation experience (not D2C/e-commerce)
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
- Drive high-quality leads and marketing pipeline growth
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Track performance and share insights with marketing & sales teams
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance campaigns
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Experience in B2B companies is a must
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS or product companies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
