Demand Supply Planner

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields).1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Familiar with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus.Good communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Willing to be based in Tangerang. Job DescriptionMonitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability based on demand forecast and supply planning.Prepare and execute supply plans to support smooth production and distribution processes.Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock readiness and timely replenishment.Support order fulfillment to maintain service level targets and customer satisfaction.Consolidate sales demand data and assist in demand forecasting.Create purchase requisitions and plan stock pick-up from factory.Prepare weekly inventory reports and provide analysis to support planning decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
