Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to lead and manage the successful delivery of BIM and Digital Delivery services for complex international building projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee project execution, mentor high-performing teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions aligned with global standards. This role requires strong expertise in BIM workflows, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership while driving innovation and operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Delivery execution across multiple building projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of Digital Delivery Engineers.
- Plan project priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review BIM models, coordination deliverables, and QA/QC processes.
- Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with global project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Resolve technical challenges related to BIM, coordination, and constructability.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, and delivery performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Ensure high-quality digital deliverables aligned with project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in BIM, VDC, Digital Delivery, or Construction Technology.
- Experience leading BIM or Digital Delivery teams on complex building projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC, BIM standards, model governance, and clash detection.
- Experience working on International Building Projects (US project experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates must be based in Bengaluru.
- Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360 will be an added advantage.
