About UsShoko Consultancy, owned by Rasadhaara Wellness, is a fast-growing Food & Beverage consultancy specialising in restaurant concept development, menu engineering, operational excellence, brand strategy, experience design, and hospitality consulting. We work with cafés, restaurants, bars, hospitality brands, and food businesses across India.
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing business operations, client coordination, project execution, and day-to-day executive responsibilities.
Role SummaryThis is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring that projects move forward efficiently, priorities are managed effectively, and communication remains seamless across clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, professional, resourceful, and capable of balancing executive support with operational coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-ups
- Draft professional emails, presentations and business documents
- Screen calls and manage executive correspondence
- Track multiple consultancy projects simultaneously
- Follow up with architects, designers, vendors and contractors
- Coordinate with restaurant owners and hospitality clients
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution
- Maintain project trackers and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and external consultants
- Organise meetings and client presentations
- Maintain records, contracts and project files
- Support procurement and vendor management
- Handle general office administration
- Assist the CEO with personal scheduling and commitments
- Coordinate errands and miscellaneous tasks when required
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using project management tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
