Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the planning and execution of integrated media and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategy across the full customer funnel (awareness to retention)Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, social, SEO, and KOL/influencer channelsOversee website/landing page performance and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO)Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve retention and customer lifetime valueAnalyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and ensure efficient budget allocation (ROI/ROAS-driven)Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives Requirements5+ years of experience in leading technology-driven companies, digital platforms, or online marketplaces would be highly preferredStrong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and campaign analyticsExcellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
