Digitalization Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Digitization Specialist supports the Value Stream and Digitalization Lead Operational Excellence Supply Chain Team. The position expected to drive and implement digitalization program across the entire Supply Chain and coordinating digital transformation initiatives within an organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Performance Management · Work to help organizations use digital technologies to achieve their business goals · Creating and executing digital transformation strategies · Develop change management plans · Identifying new technologies and trends · Measuring the impact of digital initiatives · Manage project as per target timeline with project management · Focused on the everyday technical aspects of digital transformation

People Management · Able to work with all levels of an organization, from senior leader to front line employee · Develop Playbook, SOPs and work instructions for new and/or improved processes from digital initiatives · Motivate and empower team through positive attitude and stimulate transformation.

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) · Take responsibility for providing and managing work environment safe and without risk to health by ensuring EHS policy, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and/or Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Industrial Engineering)· Experience in Digital Transformation will be advantages· Must be highly organized self-starter and proficient in use of PC/MS office suite (specifically in MS Excel and/or MS Access) or data tabulation software· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).· Excellent communication that demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional role.· Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity· Able to meet objectives with minimal direction from supervision.
