Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior influencer marketer to lead influencer activations, creator partnerships, and campaign execution across brands and platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives, managing high-value creator relationships, overseeing campaign delivery, and contributing to creator-led content and strategy.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, team collaboration, client management, and creator ecosystem development, with the ability to independently lead large-scale campaigns from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Own campaign planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand KPIs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, management firms, and creator networks.
- Drive creator identification, selection, onboarding, and partnership strategies across categories.
- Lead campaign negotiations, commercials, contracts, and creator engagement processes.
- Oversee campaign timelines, approvals, content reviews, deliverables, and posting schedules.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, media, production, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Develop creator-first campaign strategies, content frameworks, and creator scripts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on campaign execution and creator management best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights, optimizations, and post-campaign analyses.
- Present campaign updates, recommendations, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform developments, creator economy shifts, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Brand Campaigns.
- Proven experience leading large-scale influencer campaigns and managing high-value creator relationships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and branded content best practices.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and teams simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience handling negotiations and influencer contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of influencer campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
