Della Townships aims to deliver high-quality living experiences that cater to evolving aspirations and future-ready communities.Role Description The Head of Public Relations at Della Townships is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that strengthen the company’s brand, vision, and reputation across media and stakeholder groups. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing press releases, managing media relations, organizing press conferences and briefings, and responding to media inquiries.
The role involves overseeing strategic communications, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, and monitoring public sentiment and coverage. The Head of Public Relations will also manage crisis communication plans, nurture relationships with key journalists and influencers, and provide guidance on communication initiatives to senior leadership.Qualifications Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing external communications and press interactions.Expertise in Strategic Communications and Communication planning to support brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in drafting and overseeing Press Releases and other PR materials with clear, compelling narratives.Proven leadership experience in a senior PR or communications role, ideally within real estate, urban development, or related sectors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Experience with crisis communication, reputation management, and media monitoring tools is highly beneficial.
