Director of Development

A faith-based nonprofit organization serving Hispanic/Latino Catholic communities across the southeastern United States is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts and build a comprehensive development program. This role will be responsible for securing philanthropic support, cultivating donor relationships, and advancing the organization's mission through sustainable fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including major gifts, annual giving, special events, and planned giving.

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors and prospective supporters. Build and maintain donor management systems, prospect tracking, and reporting processes. Develop compelling cases for support and communicate the impact of philanthropic investments.

Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to leadership and board members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
