Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large QA teams (150+ engineers) across programsDrive QA strategy, delivery excellence, and transformation initiativesOwn RFPs, pursuits, and end-to-end QA solutioningEngage with CXO-level stakeholders and lead client discussionsBuild scalable automation and AI-driven QA frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliveryRequired Skills & Experience17+ years in Quality Assurance / Testing with leadership experienceBackground in Top-tier Consulting firms (Tier-1 preferred)Strong experience in pursuits, RFPs, and technical solutioningExpertise in AI-led QA, test automation, Agile, and DevOpsProven ability to handle large enterprise programsStrong communication and executive presenceCandidate ProfileStable career progression (no frequent job changes)Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsHands-on, technically strong-not a learning roleAbility to represent the organization with confidence in front of key customersEducationBachelor's in Engineering or equivalent (mandatory)Master's degree / MBA (preferred) Ideal Fit: A high-impact QA Leader who can drive business success, lead at scale, and build strong customer trust.
