Job Responsibilities
Lead and define the global People Technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business growthOwn and optimise Workday architecture, including governance, releases, and system performanceDrive AI, automation, and digital workflow initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experienceImplement self-service tools (chatbots, guided journeys, automated workflows) for employees and managersDevelop and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring privacy, security, and complianceDeliver real-time dashboards and workforce insights to support business decision-makingPartner with HR, TA, IT, Finance, and Legal to streamline and scale global people processesLead process re-engineering across hire-to-retire lifecycle for consistency and efficiencyEnsure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, HIPAA)Build, lead, and develop a high-performing People Systems / HRIS teamEstablish scalable support models, SLAs, and change management practicesDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new HR technologies
Job Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or Workday leadership rolesStrong hands-on expertise in Workday (configuration, reporting, integrations, security, governance)Proven experience implementing automation, AI, and digital HR solutions at scaleDeep understanding of HR data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworksExperience working in global, fast-paced, and high-growth environmentsStrong leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teamsAbility to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical mindset with experience in people analytics and workforce insightsExperience in process transformation and digitalisation across HR functionsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
