Draftsman - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for open plots projects.
• Draft plotting layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility plans.
• Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with DTCP/RERA/local authority guidelines.
• Maintain drawing records and revisions properly.
• Visit project sites if required for measurements and updates.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Good knowledge of plotting layouts and land development drawings.
• Understanding of DTCP approvals and basic civil drawings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certification in AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-7 Years experience in real estate or open plots projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
