Electrical Project Coordinator

Your new company Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering commercial electrical projects across British Columbia. Known for its structured project delivery, strong safety culture, and long-term employee development, the company continues to grow its project delivery team to support an active pipeline of work. Your new role As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to closeout.

This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to read and review electrical drawings, and confidence working across internal teams, suppliers, and site personnel. You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting procurement and scheduling, tracking costs and materials, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. What you'll need to succeed 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project coordination, ideally within the electrical or construction industry Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with Project Managers, Superintendents, Administrators, suppliers, and clients A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role College diploma or equivalent relevant experience What you'll get in return Competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Monday–Friday schedule in a primarily office-based role, with some site exposure Overtime opportunities as required A stable, long-term opportunity with room for professional growth within the organization What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
