Our challenge We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Support Engineers to join our support team working from our Montreal delivery center.
This team will support Cranium's SYNAP product by providing high-quality production support to our clients. The Role - Technical Support Engineers Responsibilities: Respond to, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to SYNAP. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to ensure system stability.
Operate as an extension of the existing Cranium support team. Participate in the support model and adhere to established processes. Collaborate with the product team and clients to facilitate smooth operations..
Work a 12-hour shift schedule (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) (3.5 days a week) to ensure continuous coverage. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in technical support or related roles. Proven expertise in C++, Linux, and the payments domain.
Experience with Splunk is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
