Job Description:Support the execution of internal communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.Manage and maintain various internal communication channels, including newsletters, employee portals, email broadcasts, town halls, intranet, and other internal media.Develop engaging and relevant communication content, such as company news, announcements, and internal campaigns.Support the planning and implementation of internal events, including town halls, employee gatherings, and corporate campaigns. Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.2–3 years of experience in corporate communication, internal communication, employee relations, or event management.Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.Proficient in using design and productivity tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office 365.
