About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise ERP systems, preferably Zoho ERP. The role involves working closely with business users, implementation partners, and technology teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing value realization. Key Responsibilities • Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects. • Define project plans, timelines, and governance. • Gather, prioritize, and manage user requirements. • Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors. • Drive user adoption, training, and change management. • Monitor system performance and continuous improvements.
ERP Administration & License Management • Manage ERP licenses, subscriptions, and renewals. • Administer users, roles, and access controls. • Optimize license utilization and costs. • Ensure audit readiness and compliance. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams. • Serve as liaison between business users and implementation partners. • Conduct workshops and UAT sessions. • Resolve issues and manage escalations. Technical Skills • Knowledge of Zoho ERP / Zoho One preferred. • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation. • Basic SQL and database skills for troubleshooting and analysis. • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
Success Metrics On-time project delivery, ERP adoption, user satisfaction, process automation, license optimization, and system stability.
