Role OverviewLead the pan India respiratory care portfolio (ICU & neonatal ventilation) by combining clinical expertise, product strategy, and commercial execution. Act as a subject matter expert to drive market growth, clinical adoption, and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders across India.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Strategy & LeadershipOwn pan India strategy for respiratory care portfolioDevelop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategiesAnalyze market trends, competition, and performance metricsDrive consistent product positioning across regionsCollaborate with sales, service, and global teamsProduct Expertise & ManagementAct as clinical & technical expert for ventilators (adult, pediatric, neonatal)Develop product collateral, clinical documentation, and training materialsSupport sales with solution-based selling and technical expertiseMaintain strong understanding of product differentiationClinical Marketing & KOL EngagementExecute clinical marketing initiatives for product adoptionBuild and manage relationships with KOLs and clinical expertsDevelop regional clinical networksLead clinical education initiatives in ICU, neonatal & pediatric careKey Account ManagementEngage with hospitals, institutions, and procurement bodiesBuild long-term customer relationshipsCoordinate pre-sales to post-sales activitiesIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesTraining & Clinical EducationConduct product demos, workshops, and simulation trainingsDeliver CME programs with leading institutionsCustomize training for ICU / neonatal scenariosImprove training effectiveness based on feedbackTender & Commercial SupportSupport public/private tenders and RFPsEnsure accurate technical specifications and proposalsTrack procurement trends and policy changesDevelop competitive strategies using market insightsEvents & Lead GenerationRepresent company at conferences (ISCCM, NNF, etc.)Drive event-based branding and lead generationManage booth setup, demos, and logisticsTrack and convert leads with sales teams
