Job Title: ERP Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled ERP Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) to support ERP implementation projects, communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, and deliver high-quality business and system solutions. This role requires both functional understanding and strong communication skills to bridge business needs with technical execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client business processes and requirements, especially for Mandarin-speaking clientsConduct ERP system implementation, configuration, and testingProvide functional consulting in ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.)Translate business requirements into system solutions and documentationAct as translator during meetings with Mandarin-speaking stakeholdersDeliver user training and system demonstrationsSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activitiesTroubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation supportCollaborate with technical teams for customization and integrationPrepare project documentation (BRD, FSD, SOP, user manuals) in Mandarin, English, and IndonesianRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related fieldProficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a mustStrong communication skills in English and Bahasa IndonesiaMinimum 1–3 years of ERP experience (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome for junior roles)Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar)Knowledge in at least one module: Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (SCM), or HRISStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and work under pressureWilling to travel for onsite client implementation
