Job OverviewThe ERP Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships to drive business growth, increase market reach, and strengthen the company’s ERP ecosystem. This role focuses on building relationships with technology partners, resellers, system integrators, and strategic clients.Key Responsibilities1. Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners (resellers, SI, technology partners)Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partnersDevelop partnership strategies aligned with company growth targets2.
Business Growth & Revenue GenerationDrive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partnersAchieve partnership revenue targets and KPIsCollaborate with sales teams to generate leads and close deals through partners3. Partner EnablementEnsure partners are well-trained on ERP products, solutions, and value propositionsCoordinate product training, demos, and workshopsSupport partners in pre-sales activities and solution positioning4. Account & Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for assigned partnersMonitor partner performance and engagementResolve issues and ensure partner satisfaction5.
Market & Ecosystem ExpansionAnalyze market trends and identify new partnership opportunitiesExpand ecosystem in key industries (Manufacturing, Retail, F&B, etc.)Strengthen brand presence through partner networks6. Internal CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Product teamsAlign partnership initiatives with marketing campaigns and product roadmapProvide feedback from partners to improve offeringsRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel salesExperience in ERP / SaaS / IT solutions is highly preferredSkillsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsGood understanding of ERP systems (Finance, SCM, HR modules)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience working with system integrators or technology alliancesExisting network in ERP/IT ecosystemExperience in B2B sales or channel managementMandarin or English proficiency is a plus
