Event & Partnership Intern – Job DescriptionOverviewThe Event & Partnership Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, as well as assist in building and maintaining strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and interested in business development, marketing, and networking.Key Responsibilities1. Event Planning & ExecutionAssist in organizing company events (seminars, workshops, client gatherings, product launches, etc.)Coordinate event logistics: venue, materials, vendors, and schedulesSupport on-site event operations and ensure smooth executionPrepare event documentation such as run-downs, guest lists, and reportsHelp evaluate event success and gather feedback for improvements2.
Partnership & Business Development SupportResearch potential partners (companies, communities, organizations)Assist in outreach and communication with potential partnersSupport in preparing partnership proposals and presentationsMaintain partnership database and track ongoing collaborationsHelp coordinate joint campaigns, co-hosted events, or collaborations3. Marketing & CommunicationAssist in promoting events through social media, email, and other channelsCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, consultants) for event needsHelp create simple content or materials for events and partnerships4. Administrative SupportPrepare reports, meeting notes, and partnership documentationTrack event budgets and expenses (if required)Handle general administrative tasks related to events and partnershipsRequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time management abilitiesProactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learnFamiliar with Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceExperience in event organizing or student organizations is a plusFluent in English (Mandarin is a plus, if needed)
