Role Description The Event Sponsorship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for securing and managing sponsorships for EduSkills Foundation® events and initiatives. The role involves identifying potential sponsors, preparing proposals and sponsorship packages, and building long-term relationships with corporate and institutional partners. The Event Sponsorship Manager will collaborate with event and marketing teams to design sponsorship offerings, negotiate terms, and ensure sponsor deliverables are met during events.
Daily tasks include coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking sponsorship performance and budgets, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing reports on sponsorship outcomes and impact.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Management and Event Planning skills to design, coordinate, and execute sponsorship-driven events.
- Candidates should possess solid Event Marketing and Communication skills to promote events, pitch sponsorship proposals, and maintain sponsor relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills to plan sponsorship revenue, manage event budgets, and track financial performance.
- Relevant experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development within events or non-profit sectors is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using productivity tools, CRM or partnership management systems, and basic data analysis for reporting.
