Are you passionate about creating impactful events that drive business growth? Join TASKING as our Events Manager in India, where you'll lead the planning and execution of industry events across India, from concept to post-event analysis. You'll manage budgets, logistics, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring TASKING's global event standards are consistently upheld.
Working closely with Global Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Application Engineering teams, you'll deliver high-quality events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and contribute to measurable commercial success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver TASKING's events across India, from planning to post-event reporting.
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, TechDays, roadshows, user groups, and roundtable events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth setup, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong return on investment (ROI).
- Lead the planning and execution of TASKING TechDays, including agenda creation, speaker coordination, and technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Application Engineering to deliver engaging, business-focused event experiences.
- Drive pre-event marketing campaigns and coordinate post-event lead follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline generation.
- Establish and maintain global event standards, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality execution across all events.
- Identify and secure sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and strategic industry partnerships.
- Support Customer Advisory Boards and executive engagement events for key customers.
- Track and report event performance, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, and budget utilization.
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to align events with overall marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and innovative event technologies to enhance planning, execution, and attendee experience.
Skills required:
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B event management experience, preferably within the technology, software, semiconductor, or engineering industry.
- Proven experience managing events end-to-end, from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
- Strong expertise in event budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional and international teams.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- A data-driven mindset with experience measuring event performance and ROI.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and innovative event technologies to improve event planning and execution.
