Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administrative Assistant role based in Bengaluru. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. The role involves handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records and filing systems, coordinating internal and external meetings, and assisting with documentation related to company operations.
The individual will be responsible for ensuring smooth office workflows, supporting executive projects, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Collaboration with other teams and proactive problem-solving are essential to support day-to-day business activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership and manage complex schedules.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document management, filing, data entry, and basic office software proficiency.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in office coordination, time management, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, and familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are beneficial.
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, reliability, and the capacity to work independently and in a team-oriented environment are important for success in this role.
