Role Description:
This is a full time, on site role for an Executive Assistant at Afterconcept. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership so they can stay focused on high impact work. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel across time zones, preparing meeting materials, and handling client communication and etc.
The Executive Assistant will also take on administrative tasks as and when they come up, ensuring smooth day to day operations across the board.
Qualification:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable drafting emails and internal communications on behalf of leadership
- Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is a plus

₹3,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
