Job Description
Support JIAS Toronto by providing executive-level administrative assistance as an Executive Assistant. This role requires strong organizational skills and communication abilities to aid the Executive Director and Board. JIAS Toronto, a not-for-profit dedicated to aiding immigrants, is seeking an Executive Assistant.
In this critical administrative position, you will manage communications, organize meetings, and support senior management with high-level projects. Experience in office administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office are key for success in this role.
