Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining administrative efficiency and supporting the company’s mission of fostering inclusive environments for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and team, including scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry
- Maintain and organize digital files and company records
- Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support event coordination and preparation for presentations, webinars, and workshops
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with clients and partners in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary education in business and office administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a small business or non-profit setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of or lived experience with Neurodiversity is considered a strong asset
