About the Role
Aryanveda Cosmeceuticals is looking for a highly organized, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate across departments, ensure timely execution of business priorities, maintain management reports and act as a bridge between the MD and various teams.
Unlike a conventional administrative assistant, this position offers exposure to strategic business operations and leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings and appointments.
- Organize travel plans, itineraries and business schedules.
- Screen calls and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
Business Coordination
- Coordinate with department heads for ongoing projects.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Ensure timely execution of management decisions.
- Track action items across departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop presentations for management meetings.
- Maintain confidential business records.
- Draft professional emails and business communications.
Project Coordination
- Monitor strategic projects.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Production, Finance and Marketing teams.
- Escalate delays and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain project trackers and status updates.
Management Support
- Assist in planning business reviews.
- Organize leadership meetings.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Business Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with high confidentiality
- Excellent follow-up and multitasking ability
