We are looking for an entry-level Executive Search Consultant to join our vibrant team. No prior experience is needed as mentorship will be provided.

Responsibilities:Drive client satisfaction by delivering targeted recruitment consulting services that align with client hiring requirements.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to align expectations and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Monitor industry trends and hiring behaviours within the specialised sector to refine pitching strategies and adapt solutions to client needs.Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery.

What you should possess:Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Humanities/ Social SciencesGood verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver long term results.People-oriented and passionate about working in a team-based environment.
