What You Will Experience:Analyse demand data and trends to develop accurate and reliable forecastsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align production, inventory, and distribution plans with forecasted demandIdentify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategiesMonitor key performance indicators and continuously refine forecasting modelsLead a team of demand planning professionals and mentor them for professional developmentProvide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain optimisation

What is Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Engineering, or other related majors. Min. 4 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in Supply Chain and under Commercial team. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrates high initiative, strong energy, and excellent attention to detail.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.Possesses strong soft skills and interpersonal communication abilities.Able to communicate effectively and take full accountability for tasks and outcomes.Proven ability in project management, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
