What You Will Experience: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and recommend mitigation measuresDevelop and maintain comprehensive fire safety plans, including evacuation procedures and emergency response protocolsOversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire detection and suppression systemsProvide training and support to employees on fire safety, emergency preparedness, and incident responseCollaborate with local fire authorities and emergency services to ensure coordinated emergency responseContinuously monitor and report on fire safety performance, implementing improvements as requiredEnsure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards What is Required: Bachelor degree in fire safety, fire engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience (5+ years) in a similar roleThorough understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and industry best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address fire safety risksStrong project management and team leadership abilities to coordinate emergency response effortsExceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholdersCommitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of fire safetyGood knowledge of safety management system, contractor management system, process safety management, fire protection system & emergency response andlocal & International code and standard (NFPA, OSHA, API and government regulation)Certificates of expertise e.g ; Lead Auditor ISO 45001 by CQI-IRCA, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) by BNSP, Training of Trainer (TOT) by BNSP, Fire Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Kebakaran) by Ministryof Manpower, General Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) by Ministry of Manpower, Working at Height (TKBT Level 2) by Ministry of Manpower Willing to work in Serpong AreaWilling to do business travel to remote area Submit your application and start a better tomorrow, today
