Job Description
Essential Responsibilities: Understand, implement, and follow Client Health, Safety (HSE) regulationsProvide leadership and direction to the site team in adherence with the project principles and to achieve project objectives.Familiarize with all equipment at site. Read all relevant specifications and design reports.Oversee all site activities of projects from order intake to completion/handover to customer.Take initial project responsibility for setting out site, onsite technical compliance with project design, prepare schedule.Co-ordinate and monitor the assigned project resources in line with project plan.Suggest and implement cost-effective solutions and proposals for the project.Report to Project Delivery Manager and support MDC Planner to keep program up to date.Oversee all onsite construction activities to monitor compliance with industrial, client and company standards and regulations.Coordinate with fabrication contractor for daily/weekly/monthly construction progress and site report to ensure compliance with project schedule.Coordinate with fabrication contractor to ensure construction 4 weeks lookahead, ensuring fabrication contractor have available materials, manpower and resource to perform work as scheduledIdentify, review, and take lead on resolution of all site related issues, specifically for design, fabrication and suppliers while balancing Client and Baker Hughes business priorities.Work closely with the Subcontractor site team to ensure that activities run smoothly, coordinate sub-supplier and subcontractor site activities.Liaising with the client’s representatives on site to update on progress of site activities.Coordinate, assist and advise the customer on the technical interfaces between Baker Hughes and fabrication yard.Support Project Delivery Manager in customer meetings relating to all site activities.Coordinate with Client Site Quality Manager, Project Quality and fabrication contractor to ensure compliance with Client and client Quality requirement.Plan to prevent issues and resolve any emerging issuesMaintain quality control procedures and responsible for driving timely closure of site raised NCRs.Provide performance and KPI data as requested for reporting purposes.Initiate the establishment of project specific procedures as necessary. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in Project Site Management or with execution of EPC Projects.Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent experience.
Lower-level education may be acceptable provided that the relevant experience exceeds seven years.Minimum 10 years’ relevant Project Management experience and phases of Oil & Gas Subsea projects. Experienced with manifold engineering, fabrication, and testing.Client Project experience is highly desirable.Proven experience in handling complex technical tasks in an interdisciplinary environment.Strong commercial, financial and contractual awareness.Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Experience in a client facing role.Skilled in English and willingness to learn basic Indonesian language.Proven capability of working in a matrix environment.Team Player, self-motivated and energetic individual
