Responsibilities Provide leadership, accounting and oversee day‑to‑day financial operations of the organization. Support the senior executive team by demonstrating strong financial expertise and professional advice. Provide financial insights and analyses to support strategic decision‑making.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including margin and variance reporting. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits and external reporting requirements for locations in Canada, USA and offshore. Oversee and assist accounting employees, processes and activities.

Gain proficiency in utilizing and optimizing the use of the financial ERP software system. Collaborate with and build strong relationships with other leaders and managers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

CPA designation or progress toward CPA is strongly preferred. 5+ years experience in a Controller, Finance Manager or senior Finance role, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial services and/or equipment supply sectors. Strong working knowledge of Canadian financial reporting standards, i.e. ASPE or IFRS, CRA tax compliance, Canadian and U.S. payroll and USA state tax filing compliance.
