Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturing company with strong international operations. As the business continues to expand, our client is seeking a Mandarin-speaking FP&A Manager to support factory financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting. The position is based in Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities:Lead factory AOP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to management.Analyze financial and management reports to identify risks, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.Improve finance processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Oversee transaction review and cash flow planning, including monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting coordination.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support cost optimization and operational improvement initiatives.Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver clear financial insights for business decision-making. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.Strong capability in developing financial reports, forecasting models, and analytical tools independently.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of manufacturing finance processes; factory exposure is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven cross-functional collaboration.Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory.Candidates with experience working in multinational or cross-border environments are highly preferred.
