About the Company
Startup company is seeking a Business Manager – Franchisee Network Growth to drive the expansion of our franchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding entrepreneurs and partners who will operate EV fleets under the franchise model.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in franchisee expansion, dealer development, or channel sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry, and possess strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding new partners across target markets.
- Present and explain the Company franchisee business model to prospective partners and investors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.
- Explain investment structure, ROI, revenue potential, and operational model to prospects.
- Evaluate partner suitability and ensure alignment with Company growth strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and launch.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in franchise expansion, dealer network development, or channel sales.
- Experience in automobile, EV, mobility, or logistics sector preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain commercials, ROI, and business metrics.
- Comfortable meeting entrepreneurs and investors to present business opportunities.
- Willing to travel and meet prospective franchise partners.
