We're Hiring: General Manager – Sales | Wellness Industry | Bengaluru
Are you passionate about driving business growth in the wellness industry? We are hiring a General Manager – Sales for a fast-growing organization that delivers premium wellness solutions across hospitality, commercial, and institutional clients.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6–8 Years
CTC: 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and revenue growth across assigned territories.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitality clients, architects, consultants, builders, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Preferred Profile:
- 6–8 years of B2B sales experience in wellness, premium building products, HVAC, hospitality solutions, luxury sanitaryware, spa & wellness, or other high-value project sales.
- Strong network within the hospitality, real estate, architecture, or project sales ecosystem is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
