Public Markets OversightOverseeing all facets of the public markets investment processesAlign public market strategies with the overall objectives of the Asset Management divisionand broader CGSI goalsGuide capital allocation and drive portfolio constructionIdentify new trends and opportunities in global public marketsEnsure portfolios are constructed and managed in line with investment mandates, risk appetite, and regulatory constraints

Client & Stakeholder RelationRepresent the public markets function to institutional clients, stakeholders, and investment boardsMonitor and report on KPIs related to portfolio performance, AUM growth, client retention, and operational effectiveness to management

People LeaderCommunicate a compelling vision for CGSI Asset Management Public Markets teamProvide strategic mentorship to investment professionals

Job Requirements10+ years of proven public market experienceDegree or Advanced degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Mathematics or related quantitative fieldAdditional professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent is an added advantageDemonstrated expertise in multi-asset class portfolio management for public marketsPortfolio construction & optimizationStrong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with senior and external stakeholdersProduct Innovation of public market offeringsStrong analytical mindset with a natural inclination toward understanding complex systems and making data-driven decisions.Committed to achieving the long-term goals of the organization.Thrives in high-pressure environments by relying on logic and composure rather than impulsivity.
