Growth Manager – Online Food Delivery & Marketplace - K-CLub GroupLocation: Seminyak, Bali
K-Club Group is a recognised lifestyle and hospitality brand in Bali, with operations across hospitality and food and beverage.
We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Online Food Delivery Platform Manager to oversee and strengthen the performance of our online food delivery operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seminyak for someone who understands platform operations, execution standards, performance analysis, and customer experience in a fast-moving food and beverage environment.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online food delivery channels, ensuring strong store performance, smooth operational flow, timely order fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to improve service quality, optimise platform performance, and support sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of online food delivery stores across major delivery and marketplace platformsManage store performance, order flow, customer experience, and service standards across all online channelsCoordinate with internal teams on menu availability, pricing, promotions, inventory alignment, and operational readinessMonitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends, address operational gaps, and improve efficiencyDevelop and implement strategies to strengthen sales performance and platform executionMaintain a high standard of responsiveness, accuracy, and consistency across all online delivery operations
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years proven track record in managing merchant operations across major food delivery and marketplace platforms, for example GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and similar platformsSolid experience in the food and beverage industryStrong programme management and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, solve operational issues, and improve performanceStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partnersNative-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong professional fluency in English, both written and spokenHands-on, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and highly organised in approach
