Most growth marketing roles are just about tweaking existing campaigns. This isn’t one of them.
At StratoKey, we provide mission‑critical Cloud Data Protection and compliance (CDP) platforms alongside our advanced API Gateway. Global enterprises rely on us to secure high‑value data and navigate complex regulatory environments. We have a world‑class product; now, we need a strategic architect to build a scalable, predictable revenue engine that matches it.
We are seeking a data‑driven, analytical Growth Marketing Leader to take complete ownership of our B2B marketing. This is a builder’s role. You will bring fresh ideas, design long‑term demand generation programs, and personally execute the tactics that deliver high‑quality inbound leads (MQLs).
As you successfully scale the pipeline, you will have the mandate to hire, lead, and grow the StratoKey marketing team.
What You Will Do (The Playbook)
- Architect the Demand Engine: Design, launch, and optimize a comprehensive marketing program leveraging SEO, SEM, content, email, events, and partner channels.
- Content & Messaging Mastery: Deeply understand our buyer personas to research, write, and publish high‑quality, high‑converting content and creative media.
- Optimize the Funnel: Own the entire lead‑to‑opportunity pipeline, translating digital campaigns into highly qualified inbound pipelines (MQLs to SQLs).
- Data‑Driven Execution: Relentlessly track campaign metrics and ROI, utilizing a strategic approach with hard analytics to scale what works.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to identify, map, and penetrate new and existing enterprise market segments.
Who You Are
- A Proven B2B SaaS Marketer: You bring 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to SaaS/software demand generation.
- An Analytical Self‑Starter: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You possess an independent work ethic and a deep passion for modern digital and direct outreach marketing.
- An Exceptional Communicator: You love writing. You can take complex technical software concepts and translate them into crisp, compelling, and educational content.
- Commercially Minded: You have a sharp track record of managing marketing budgets, forecasting ROI, and hitting consistent pipeline targets without sacrificing long‑term brand equity.
- Loyal & Driven: You value building lasting programs and have a history of 2+ year tenures at your previous organizations.
- Team Builder: You know when you need to add resources to accelerate and increase the marketing velocity. You thrive on being a do‑er and a manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B software/SaaS marketing with solid enterprise software comprehension.
- MarTech stack: Experience with marketing tools including HubSpot.
- Location: Must reside in Australia with the ability to manage daily crossover with our Hobart office.
Package
- Salary range: 140 to 165k base + super + bonus
