Define and execute growth strategies to support business expansion2. Lead and monitor strategic initiatives and projects across functions3. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements4.

Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and performance optimization QualificationsUndergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or management from reputable universitiesConsulting experience is a must.Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word;Good analytical skills as well as strong business acumen;Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders;Result-oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively, and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
