Plexus are partnered with a leading DeFi protocol who are expanding their team in APAC. They are looking for someone to lead investor relations and report into the founders.

The roleOwn the IR strategy and be the primary institutional point of contact for the protocolBuild and manage relationships with funds, trading firms, VCs, and family offices across APACTranslate protocol fundamentals into compelling narratives for sophisticated token holdersWork directly with founders to shape how the protocol is positioned in institutional markets

What you'll be doingProactively building and managing a network of hedge funds, crypto-native trading firms, market makers, and VCsRepresenting the protocol at key industry events and in one-to-one investor meetingsProducing investor-facing materials including updates, briefs, and AMA contentFeeding institutional market sentiment and competitive dynamics back to the core team

What we're looking for2+ years in investor relations, institutional sales, or capital markets — digital assets experience preferredDirect experience working with or within funds, trading firms, VCs, or family officesExisting network of institutional contacts in APACUnderstanding of token economics and DeFi; Solana ecosystem knowledge a plus
