SolarSquare is India’s leading residential solar brand. We are a full stack brand offering rooftop solar solutions to home-owners, housing societies and small commercial establishments. We have the opportunity to become the category defining brand of our industry and for that we are looking to hire our first branding leader.
Job Overview
● Operations is the backbone of our growth story - every successful Installation and Commissioning directly drives our revenue.
● As AVP Operations, you will have the opportunity to build and execute large-scale projects from the ground-up, leading both in-house teams and vendor networks across multiple cities.
● We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive multi-city expansion while maintaining our best-in-class Quality, Safety and Customer NPS.
● Think strategically and translate vision into action for seamless execution.

Your Impact
● Lead, Build & Scale - develop and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
● Drive Operational Excellence by establishing reliable operating standards, streamline processes and enhance execution efficiency.
● Continuously refine processes, leverage technology and drive a product-first mindset for sustainable growth.
● Enhance Customer Experience by ensuring high quality and safety standards, meeting TAT for the customer and continuously improving service levels.
● Manage and develop a high performing team of 6-9 direct reportees and 100+ indirect reportees fostering a culture of accountability, performance and growth.
● Manage the administration and execution of the team's OKRs, provide feedback, stand by the team to make them successful and deliver to the Company's priorities.
● You will engage with Solar Square’s leadership team with an opportunity to shape the strategy, priorities and improvements.
● Foster Collaboration by working cross-functionally to implement best practices, improve support structures, and enhance overall operational impact.
● This role is for leaders who thrive in high-growth environments, make data-driven decisions and inspire teams to achieve excellence!
Required Skills
● 10 - 12 years of direct management, leading large teams including reporters in leadership roles.
● MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
● Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
● Experience working in a fast-scaling tech-ops environment would be beneficial.
● Proven ability to manage competing priorities, drive complex projects and implement organizational change.
● Effectively convey strategic direction across all levels, including senior leadership.
● Experience in business process design and scalable execution.
● Thrive in a lean, fast-paced setting while building structures for rapid scale.
