We are looking for a founding Head of Sales & Marketing who is passionate about building a business from the ground up and leading a high-performance sales organization.
This is not a conventional sales leadership role.
As a founding member of the leadership team, you will build and lead the company's revenue engine, combining strategic sales leadership with modern marketing practices to establish Luxur as the benchmark for luxury real estate advisory.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting and mentoring top-performing advisors, creating scalable sales systems, overseeing lead generation, building developer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit, train, and retain top real estate professionals.
- Establish KPIs, sales processes, and performance dashboards.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Coach teams through negotiations and high-value deal closures.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Work closely with internal and external creative teams.
- Build Luxur into one of India's most respected luxury real estate brands.
- Oversee campaign planning, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
- Build relationships with leading developers and landowners.
- Secure exclusive project mandates and strategic partnerships.
- Expand relationships with HNIs, NRIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Establish concierge-level customer service standards.
- Improve referral and repeat business.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the company's luxury positioning.
- Work closely with the CEO and Managing Director.
- Participate in strategic planning and annual business planning.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and sales playbooks.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 10–15+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Experience with leading IPCs or premium real estate firms.
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationships with developers, HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a market-leading company.
Experience with premium real estate firms or international property consultancies is highly desirable.
