Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing initiatives.
This is a 3-month paid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales strategy, client engagement, lead generation, and marketing campaigns.
The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world industry experience while working closely with experienced professionals.
Based on performance, interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time role at the end of the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
• Research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Participate in client calls, presentations, and meetings.
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including presentations, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key sales metrics.
Eligibility Requirements
• Final-year students or recent graduates pursuing/completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or marketing tools is an added advantage.
