Head of Sales Operations | Limerick | Permanent eFlexes Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Head of Sales Operations on behalf of a leading employer based in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial or sales operations professional to step into a senior leadership role where you'll have a real impact on business performance. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the Sales Operations function, manage a small team, and work closely with senior management to drive sales performance, profitability, customer growth, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing Lead the Sales Operations team and support the wider sales function. Drive pricing strategy and profitability across the business. Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage sales reporting, forecasting, targets, and performance insights. Oversee customer segmentation, territory planning, and sales incentives. Work closely with senior leadership to improve sales processes and commercial performance.

About you You'll have: Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Management, or a similar leadership role. Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills. Experience using CRM, ERP, and reporting tools to support business decisions.

A track record of improving sales performance and delivering results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to lead a team while working strategically and hands-on when needed.
