Job Description
The Head of Security Services is responsible for leading and growing Fujitsu’s security services practice, driving strategic direction, service innovation, and delivery excellence across all security domains. This role oversees a portfolio of security projects, consulting engagements, and managed services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving threat landscapes.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across cybersecurity domains, strong leadership experience, and the ability to translate complex security challenges into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership & Practice DevelopmentDefine and execute the overall security services strategy aligned with Fujitsu’s business goalsBuild, scale, and continuously enhance the security services portfolio, including consulting, integration, and managed servicesIdentify emerging trends (e.g., cloud, AI, IoT, Zero Trust) and integrate them into service offeringsEstablish best practices, frameworks, and reusable methodologies across engagements
- Service Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOversee delivery of large-scale, complex security projects and programsEnsure consistent, high-quality execution across all security engagementsDrive security architecture, design, and governance standardsManage risk, compliance, and quality assurance across all client engagements
- Client Engagement & AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, executives)Lead security strategy engagements, maturity assessments, and transformation programsProvide guidance on risk management, regulatory compliance, and security roadmapsSupport critical escalations and ensure client satisfaction
- Pre-Sales & Business DevelopmentLead and support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFQ responses, solution design, and cost modelingCollaborate with sales teams to shape deals and win new businessPresent security solutions, architectures, and value propositions to clientsDrive growth of the security services pipeline and revenue targets
- Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and grow a team of security architects, consultants, and engineersDevelop talent through coaching, training, and career progression planningBuild specialized capabilities across domains such as:Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management)Identity & Access Management (IAM)Cloud and Data SecurityFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Governance, Risk & ComplianceEstablish and enforce security governance frameworks and standardsEnsure alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)Oversee risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategiesSupport audit and compliance initiatives across client environments
Experience:More than 10 years in a leadership role in Security ServicesProven track record managing large-scale security programs or practicesStrong hands-on background in multiple security domains, including:Governance, Risk & ComplianceSecurity OperationsIdentity & Access ManagementCloud SecurityData SecurityExperience in both consulting and managed security services environmentsDeep understanding of security frameworks, architectures, and technologiesAbility to translate technical risks into business impact and strategyStrong commercial acumen, including solutioning, costing, and deal shapingFamiliarity with modern technologies: cloud, DevOps, automation, AI, IoTStrong understanding of regional regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks
