This role offers broad exposure across operations and the chance to make a real impact on safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you'll play a key role in embedding best practice, supporting operational teams, and driving performance across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesSHEQ Compliance & CulturePromote a strong SHEQ culture across the businessProvide expert advice on health, safety, environmental and quality standardsEnsure compliance with statutory, client and corporate requirementsSystems & StandardsMaintain and improve ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)Support development of the Integrated Management SystemDrive non-conformance processes and continuous improvementSite Support & MonitoringConduct site inspections, audits and compliance checksSupport managers to implement safe systems of workMonitor SHEQ performance and identify improvement opportunitiesIncident & Risk ManagementLead accident/incident investigations and root cause analysisSupport risk assessments and mitigation planningProduce reports, insights and improvement plansTraining & EngagementDeliver SHEQ training, toolbox talks and coachingSupport employee engagement and wellbeing initiativesBuild strong relationships across all levels of the businessSustainabilityContribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives aligned to 2030 targetsAbout YouEssential:Experience in a SHEQ / HSE role within construction, FM or engineeringIOSH or NEBOSH qualifiedStrong knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practiceFull UK driving licenceConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsDesirable:ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) experienceInternal or external auditing experienceEnvironmental qualification (or working towards)Why Apply?Join a growing, forward-thinking business with strong valuesOpportunity to influence SHEQ strategy and cultureBroad, varied role with exposure across multiple projects and teams
