Educational qualification: MBA (HR) Or MHRM or PG Diploma in HR or MSW or equivalent Work experience: Around 10 years to 15 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist with manufacturing industry Should have experience on Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, C & B, Employee Relations, etc. Should be able to handle HR department indepedentatly KRAs: 1.
Recruitment and Staffing Manage job postings and advertising Screen and interview candidates Conduct background checks Oversee employee onboarding Administer job offers and employment contracts 2. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and conflicts Mediate disputes between employees and management Foster a positive and compliant work culture Ensure adherence to labor laws and policies 3. Training and Development Identify organizational training needs Organize and conduct training programs Manage employee development and career progression Promote continuous learning and professional growth 4.
Compensation and Benefits Design and manage compensation packages Administer payroll and ensure timely disbursement Oversee employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking 5. Performance Management Develop performance evaluation systems Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions Set performance objectives and goals Manage promotions, demotions, and terminations 6. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Oversee health and safety regulations Handle employee-related legal matters (contracts, dismissals) Maintain compliant employee records 7.
Workplace Safety Implement workplace safety protocols Conduct safety audits and risk assessments Provide training on safety procedures 8. Strategic HR Planning Align HR strategies with overall business goals Conduct workforce planning and forecasting Contribute to organizational development and change strategies 11. HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management Manage HR data and ensure accuracy Utilize HR software for employee records and analytics Generate reports to aid in decision-making 12. Exit Management Handle employee resignations and terminations Conduct exit interviews Manage offboarding, including final settlements CTC : Rs 5.50 lpa to Rs 6.50 lpa
