Business Partnership Partner with Head Office leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions Support organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting Align HR strategies with business objectives
Talent Management & Development Support performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, calibration) Identify talent gaps and coordinate development plans Support succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
Employee Relations Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
Employee Engagement & Culture Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs Support internal communication and culture-building activities Monitor employee satisfaction and feedback
Job RequirementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is highly preferred Exposure to handling Head Office / corporate functions is a plus Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of HR practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability Data-driven mindset with HR analytics capability Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
