Job DescriptionHuman Resource – HROverall Management of HR Functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.Manage HR Welfare and Benefits Operations to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.Develop and Implement HR Strategies, Policies, Systems, and Processes aligned with organizational goals.Oversee Employee Relations and Communication, fostering a positive work environment.Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws.
General Affairs – GAHandle General Affairs Management, which may include office administration, facility management, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor regulations.Coordinate with Headquarter.Ensure Compliance with Regulators, such as BAPPEBTI, BBJ, KBI, OJK, JFX.Other Duties by Senior Management.

RequirementMinimum 3–5 years of Experience in HR & General AffairsEnglish Proficiency (Spoken & Written)Experience using HRIS / Payroll SystemsExperience in Finance Industry (OJK, BAPPEBTI, JFX, ICDX)Familiarity with Audits and ISO StandardsStrong Reporting and Analytical Skills
