Job Description
Responsibilities :Set and maintain owner-side HSE governance, reporting, and escalation protocolsReview contractor and PMC HSE systems, plans, and site readiness from assurance perspectiveMonitor HSE performance, critical risks, incidents, and corrective action closureConduct owner HSE walks, audits, and high-risk activity observationsEscalate serious unsafe conditions and repeated non-conformance to managementCoordinate with Operations, FM, Security, PMC, and Contractor on safety interfacesSupport stop-work and recovery recommendations where major risk exposure existLiaise with authority, neighborhood and other external stakeholders on behalf of DRB, together with contractor. Requirements :Minimum 8–12 years of relevant HSE experience with a Contractor, PMC Consultant, and/or client-side organization, including major construction project involvement.Mandatory data center project experience, preferably on mission critical facilities with complex MEP installation, energization, testing & commissioning, and live-risk interface management.Proven experience leading HSE management on large-scale construction projects with strong contractor interface and multi-package coordination.Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulatory requirements, construction safety standards, permit-to-work systems, incident reporting, emergency response, and high-risk activity control.Demonstrated capability in reviewing and overseeing contractor HSE plans, RAMS / JSA / PTW systems, site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and corrective action closure.Experienced in managing HSE risks associated with lifting operations, work at height, temporary works, electrical works, confined space, hot works, and commissioning / energization activities.Able to establish and maintain robust HSE reporting, governance, and escalation processes for senior management visibility.Strong leadership presence, with ability to challenge contractors, stop unsafe work through proper escalation, and maintain high safety standards across all site parties.Proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing clear HSE dashboards, incident reports, trend analysis, and management presentations.PreferablyHolds relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline, with recognized professional HSE certifications preferred. Including but not limited AK3 Umum, Ahli K3 Konstruksi, NEBOSH, IOSH, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, or equivalent.Preference for candidates with experience in international-standard projects and working with multinational clients, consultants, and contractors.
